Shipping

Please note: Orders are shipped twice a week; every Tuesday and Friday. We will email you to confirm once your item has been shipped, please be sure to include a valid email address with your order.

All items are shipped from Victoria, Australia. Items being shipped within the same state usually take 2-5 business days to be delivered once shipped. Shipping to other states can take 6 or more business days, depending on the shipping destination*.

International shipping

Standard International Shipping will generally take a minimum of 6-10 business days, and could take up to 4-5 weeks if held up by customs inspections from within the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any duties and import regulations and charges. Please be aware of the country of destination’s import laws and regulations.

Please note that some courier services from within each destination country will not leave a parcel if the destination address is unattended at the time of delivery. If you are expecting a delivery which seems unusually delayed, please contact your local post office. Often, they have attempted to deliver a package when the addressee was not present to sign for the parcel, and the package may be being held for a signature release at the local post office.

Returns

We offer a refund or exchange for items returned in original condition, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Refund: Process a refund for the original purchased price via the payment method used (excluding the original shipping cost)

Exchange: Arrange packing and shipment of your exchange item
